Increase in migration, war, climate changes, social discontent, workforce shortages, globalization of crime, and emerging forms of (cyber)crime. Police organizations worldwide are facing these challenges now and in the coming years. It’s essential to collaborate internationally across borders. Not only operationally, but primarily to share knowledge. We’ve been asked by the Dutch police to develop an inspiring wake-up call for an international event. For this purpose, multiple experts came together, collectively sharing their insights about these (new) developments. Our approach involves creating a symbolic story of an astronaut looking down at the Earth from space. In an abstract manner, Bleck reflects the complex issues. And through a personal touch, they make them resonate with the viewer. This makes the call to action feel real for the individual.
