Together with the Dutch Police, Bleck developed an internal film to recruit new operational colleagues for the Business Expertise PVR team. To have a better idea of what the role entails and what environment you will end up in, we made a high-profile video. For operational colleagues, this is often a completely new world. PVR will replace, improve and renew 12 operational police registration systems in the coming years. These are systems that police officers use for enforcement and investigation. The new system is called RAPP. The idea behind the project is that it will be a program for colleagues by colleagues. That is why operational colleagues are involved from the start to make the translation from practice to software developers. A unique and grand project that has never taken place on this scale in the Netherlands before.
